If you think that’s corrupt, wait ’till they pass the TPP
By Christina Sarich from Natural Society:
“One in 50 children are now autistic. No, you didn’t read that wrong. Despite the fact that a CDC whistleblower recently came forward admitting that the government agency obfuscated evidence linking vaccines to autistic behavior, California lawmakers passed a mandatory vaccine bill (SB277) which removes parental exemptions – making it so parents couldn’t refuse or delay vaccines. Even more damning evidence has surfaced proving that Big Pharma had their hands in the creation of the bill.
The Sacramento Bee is reporting that State lawmakers behind bill SB277 have ties to the makers of vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies and their trade groups gave current members of the Legislature more than $2 million. Nine of the top 20 recipients of these funds are either members of the Senate health committee, or leaders who could influence the outcome of the bill, as well as push it through to law.
One senator, in particular, is also a doctor, Richard Pan, who received more than $95,000 in campaign cash. He also just happens to be the man who wrote the bill.
As if that weren’t bad enough, Big Pharma also donated more than $500,000 to outside campaign spending groups that helped some of these top nine individuals be elected to their current legislative positions.
Furthermore, pharmaceutical companies contributed nearly $3 million in additional cash to . . .”
From Ellen Brown’s Web of Debt Blog:
“. . . Fast-track authority is being sought in the Senate this week for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), along with the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA) and any other such trade agreements coming down the pike in the next six years. The terms of the TPP and the TiSA are so secret that drafts of the negotiations are to remain classified for four years or five years, respectively, after the deals have been passed into law. How can laws be enforced against people and governments who are not allowed to know what was negotiated?
The TPP, TiSA and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (or TTIP, which covers Europe) will collectively encompass three-fourths of the world’s GDP; and they ultimately seek to encompass nearly 90 percent of GDP. Despite this enormous global impact, fast-track authority would allow the President to sign the deals before their terms have been made public, and send implementing legislation to Congress that cannot be amended or filibustered and is not subject to the constitutional requirement of a two-thirds treaty vote.
While the deals are being negotiated, lawmakers can see their terms only under the strictest secrecy, and they can be subjected to criminal prosecution for revealing those terms. What we know of them comes only through WikiLeaks. The agreements are being treated as if they were a matter of grave national security, yet they are not about troop movements or military strategy. Something else is obviously going on.
The bizarre, unconstitutional, blatantly illegal nature of this enforced secrecy was highlighted in a May 15th article by Jon Rappoport, titled “What Law Says the Text of the TPP Must Remain Secret?” He wrote:
It seems like a case of mass hypnosis. . . .
Members of Congress are scuttling around like weasels, claiming they can’t disclose what’s in this far-reaching, 12-nation trade treaty.
They can go into a sealed room and read a draft, but they can’t copy pages, and they can’t tell the public what they just read.
If there is a US law forbidding disclosure, name the law.
Can you recall anything in the Constitution that establishes secret treaties?
Is there a prior treaty that states the text of all treaties can be hidden from the people?
To Congressmen who say they cannot reveal what is in a treaty that will adversely affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people, Rappoport says:
Wrong. You’re lying. You can reveal secret text. In fact, it’s your duty. Otherwise, you’re guilty of cooperating in a RICO criminal conspiracy.
A Corporate Coup d’État
What is going on was predicted by David Korten in his 1995 blockbuster, When Corporations Rule The World. Catherine Austin Fitts calls it a “corporate coup d’état.”
This corporate coup includes the privatization and offshoring of the judicial function delegated to the US court system in the Constitution, through Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) provisions that strengthen existing ISDS procedures.
As explained in The Economist, ISDS gives foreign firms a special right to apply to a secretive tribunal of highly paid corporate lawyers for compensation whenever the government passes a law to do things that hurt corporate profits — such things as discouraging smoking, protecting the environment or preventing a nuclear catastrophe. Arbitrators are paid $600-700 an hour, giving them little incentive to dismiss cases. The secretive nature of the arbitration process and the lack of any requirement to consider precedent give wide scope for creative judgments – the sort of arbitrary edicts satirized by Lewis Carroll in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. . . .”

The Truth About Modern Cigarettes: What They Don’t Want You To Know
Modern cigarettes contain a whopping 600 ingredients, which translates to over 4000 chemicals. In addition to the familiar toxic ingredients found in cigarettes like tar and nicotine, many people are surprised to learn that cigarettes contain many other highly toxic ingredients, such as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, DDT, butane, acetone, carbon monoxide, and even cadmium.
Did you know that The National Institute on Drug Abuse has estimated that in the United States alone, smoking is responsible for more than 400,000 deaths per year, and that by the year 2030 tobacco related deaths worldwide are projected to be approximately 10 million?
It is no surprise that this chemical cocktail is responsible for so many deaths resulting from two of the leading killers in the United States: cardiovascular disease and cancer. But there are other common health conditions that are . . .
From the Winnipeg Free Press:
HONOLULU, Hawaii – Hawaii’s governor has signed a bill to make his state the first to raise the legal smoking age to 21.
The measure aims to prevent adolescents from smoking, buying or possessing both traditional and electronic cigarettes. Gov. David Ige (EE’-gay) signed it Friday.
Dozens of local governments have similar bans, including Hawaii County and New York City. …
From the US News & World Report:
… “I can’t stand cigarette smoking. It’s disgusting,” said Democratic Rep. Angus McKelvey, who voted against the bill. “But to tell somebody you can go and fight for your country and get killed but you can’t have a cigarette, that’s the thing. You can enter a contract. You’re an emancipated adult in the eyes of the Constitution [at age 18] but you can’t have a cigarette anymore.” …
And From Yahoo News:
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – The California Senate voted on Tuesday to raise the legal smoking age in the most populous U.S. state to 21 from 18, in a move that could make California one of the states with the highest smoking age.
The measure was approved by the Senate 26-8 and must now be approved by the state Assembly.

So, there you have it: the Nanny State strikes again.
Obamatrade Will End Life on This Planet as We Know it
A bunch of traitors, aka US politicians, passing themselves off as representatives of the Peoples’ interests, are about to commit treason and sell their country out. Their weapon of choice? Obamatrade — Hitler’s dream to be realized at last.
From Washington’s Blog by Eric Zuesse:
“U.S. President Barack Obama has for years been negotiating with European and Asian nations — but excluding Russia and China, since he is aiming to defeat them in his war to extend the American empire (i.e, to extend the global control by America’s aristocracy) — three international ‘trade’ deals (TTP, TTIP, & TISA), each one of which contains a section (called ISDS) that would end important aspects of the sovereignty of each signatory nation, by setting up an international panel composed solely of corporate lawyers to serve as ‘arbitrators’ deciding cases brought before this panel to hear lawsuits by international corporations accusing a given signatory nation of violating that corporation’s ‘rights’ by its trying to legislate regulations that are prohibited under the ’trade’ agreement, such as by increasing the given nation’s penalties for fraud, or by lowering the amount of a given toxic substance that the nation allows in its foods, or by increasing the percentage of the nation’s energy that comes from renewable sources, or by penalizing corporations for hiring people to kill labor union organizers — i.e., by any regulatory change that benefits the public at the expense of the given corporations’ profits. (No similar and countervailing power for nations to sue international corporations is included in this: the ‘rights’ of ‘investors’ — but really of only the top stockholders in international corporations — are placed higher than the rights of any signatory nation.) …
… These treaties, if signed, will override the signatory nation’s constitution, on those matters.
This idea started after World War II and the defeat of the fascist nations on the military battlefields, and it moved this great fascist-v.-democratic war to a different type of battlefield. It’s round 2 of WW II.
Unlike many wars, WW II was an ideological war. On the one side stood the Allies; on the other, the fascist powers. The first fascist leader, Italy’s Benito Mussolini, said in November 1933 that his ideal was “corporatism” or “corporationism,” in which the state, or the national government, serves its corporations (see page 426 there):
“The corporation plays on the economic terrain just as the Grand Council and the militia play on the political terrain. Corporationism is disciplined economy, and from that comes control, because one cannot imagine a discipline without a director.
Corporationism is above socialism and above liberalism. A new synthesis is created. …
… After World War II, the ‘former’ Nazi, Prince Bernhard, took up the fascist (lower-case f, indicating the ideology, instead of Mussolini’s Fascist political party; Bernhard had belonged instead to Hitler’s Nazi Party) cudgel, when he created in 1954 his then-secret (and still secretive today) Bilderberg group, which brings together the leaders, and the advisers to the leaders, of international corporations, meeting annually or bi-annually, near the places where major national leaders or potential future leaders have pre-scheduled to congregate, such as this year’s G-7 meeting in Bavaria, so that even heads-of-state (and/or their aides) can quietly slip away unofficially to join nearby the Bilderbergs and communicate privately with them, to coordinate their collective international fascist endeavor (and decide which presidential candidates to fund), to institute a fascist world government that will possess a legal control higher than what’s possessed by any merely national government. …”

If you will notice, most cigarette advertising from back in the day and before it was banned showed people either as the center of the party or hunting, fishing or athletic types out enjoying other outdoor fresh air sports. It is no coincidence that people in social situations bring their hand up to their mouth to release pent up anxious energy just as smoking does, and that smoking is a deep breathing exercise, sort of a form of yogic breathing, that can be used to increase your energy or reduce stress. In fact more than anyone, smokers love to breathe. Once you understand how smoking works — and it’s got nothing to do with nicotine — then it’s a heck of a lot easier to quit.
Instead of promoting Americanism by promoting Americans emigrating to foreign shores, and, like missionaries, exporting American ideals and the American Dream; Obama has instead erected a virtual Iron Curtain, making it difficult if not impossible for Americans to live outside the Country. Because of FATCA and its reporting requirements, many banks outside the US don’t want to do business with Americans; in fact, many won’t even let them open an account. Now Obama has even forced the Pope into bed with the IRS. It won’t be long before the World tires of the imposition of the US dollar as the World’s reserve currency — the only thing that has prevented us from ending up like post WWI Germany and Austria with our endless printing of money. It won’t be long before Obama and his mainstream Republican allies have completely collapsed this country, leaving us begging for One-World governance.
You may or may not believe in render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, but money earned outside of the United States by American citizens living outside the United States does not belong to Caesar. And that fact that you have to pay makes you, in fact, a slave. You cannot escape the long arm of the United States for they own you body and soul. Don’t think so? Just try to defy them and their global taxation plan, and they will come down on you like a jackbooted thug.
From the Sovereign Man:
“… Despite being the sacred keepers of the Catholic faith and trustees of the meek, the Holy See has just inked a deal with the US government putting the Pope in bed with the Internal Revenue Service.
It’s so bizarre you couldn’t possibly make this stuff up anymore.
The Vatican City has been forced into sharing information with the US.
So now, like a good little doggy, they’re obliged to cough up financial records on anyone they’ve ever had dealings with whenever Mr. Obama snaps his fingers.
I’m not sure this is what Pope Francis had in mind when he called for an end of “the cult of money and the dictatorship of an economy”.
Ironically, the oft-quoted Book of Proverbs says that “[T]he borrower becomes the lender’s slave.”
And this is true in almost all cases. Except, apparently, when it pertains to the US government.
Despite having borrowed more money than any nation in the history of the world, the US government still acts like everyone’s master, including dictating the most ridiculous terms on financial agreements like this.
It’s all part of FATCA– the 2010 legislative joke formally known as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.
We’ve talked about this before– FATCA may prove to be the greatest disaster in US history. And there’s one simple reason why.
Ever since the end of World War II, the US banking system has formed the backbone of global banking and finance.
Right now, if a South African refiner buys oil from a Brazilian producer, that transaction will likely be settled in US dollars and clear through the US banking system.
In other words, the money will flow from South Africa to New York, and from New York to Brazil.
It’s like this with most international trade transactions, particularly commodities contracts like coffee, oil, and metals.
For over 70 years now, the rest of the world has trusted that the US government would continue to allow free and unfettered access to a sound, safe, stable banking system.
And… one would think that the US government would respect this tremendous responsibility of overseeing the world’s core banking system. Yes. One would think. …”
Twenty-eight Democrats joined with Republicans to pass the TPA (Trade Promotion Authority) 218 to 208; the Bill now moves to the Senate which had previously approved a TPA/TAA package; the TAA (Trade Adjustment Assistance) has not yet been passed in the house.
Voting for the TPP is nothing less than voting for the old mercantile system of Imperial Britain as I wrote in my June 13, 2015 post, Fast-Track, the TPP, and All the Other New Trade Acts Are Designed to Make Americans Slaves in Their Own Country, that would take us back 300 years into a plantation system that essentially made all colonial Americans serfs, or slaves in their own country.
This excellent video put out by the LaRouche PAC is a story of how traitors to the American system have been hard at work to put America back under the yoke of foreign control ever since the Brits lost the American Revolution — it looks like they are about to succeed.

The political left has come up with a new buzzword: “micro-aggression.”
Professors at the University of California at Berkeley have been officially warned against saying such things as “America is the land of opportunity.” Why? Because this is considered to be an act of “micro-aggression” against minorities and women. Supposedly it shows that you don’t take their grievances seriously and are therefore guilty of being aggressive toward them, even if only on a micro scale.
You might think that this is just another crazy idea from Berkeley. But the same concept appears in a report from the flagship campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana. If you just sit in a room where all the people are white, you are considered to be guilty of “micro-aggression” against people who are not white, who will supposedly feel uncomfortable when they enter such a room.
At UCLA, a professor who changed the capitalization of the word “indigenous” to lower case in a student’s dissertation was accused of “micro-aggression,” apparently because he preferred to follow the University of Chicago Manual of Style, rather than the student’s attempt to enhance the importance of being indigenous.
When a group of UCLA law students came to class wearing T-shirts with a picture of one of their professors who had organized an intramural softball game, those T-shirts were protested as a manifestation of “white privilege.”
Why? Because that professor had written a book critical of affirmative action.
“Micro-aggression” protests have spread to campuses from coast to coast — that is, from California’s Berkeley and UCLA to Harvard and Fordham on the east coast, and including . . .
